Tell GE to finish cleaning up its mess in the Hudson!

Tell General Electric (GE) to finish cleaning up the toxic chemicals they dumped into the Hudson River decades ago and restore New York’s iconic waterway for future generations.

General Electric (GE) dumped toxic chemicals called PCBs into the Hudson River for decades, turning New York’s iconic waterway into a polluted Superfund site. The company has cleaned up less than 65% of the pollution — but they’re threatening to walk away at the end of the summer and leave the rest of these dangerous PCBs in the river, which pose grave risks to our health, fisheries and surrounding communities. Tell GE’s CEO Jeffrey Immelt to finish the job.
